Pacific Northwest Area Governor - Amy Patton, CPCU Amy received her CPCU in 2012 and has since served on the Oregon Chapter Board as Director, Secretary, Vice President, President Elect & President. In 2019 she was a class instructor for CPCU 540, Finance and Accounting for Insurance Professionals. Amy works at Crawford & Company as a Quality Manager and has almost 20-yrs experience in the Insurance Industry including Property Claims, Underwriting, Agency Relations & Med/PIP Claims. She is a proponent of all things Insurance, especially when it involves innovation and education.
Past - President – Jon Gice, CPCU, ARM, SCLA Jon Gice is a retired Workers Compensation Executive who has held Senior Leadership positions including President in several companies. He obtained his CPCU in 1987 and has been on both the Connecticut and Oregon CPCU Chapter Boards. His Leadership Positions included Vice President and President (2x) in Connecticut and Treasurer, Vice President and President-Elect in Oregon. Jon is a CPCU Champion who cannot see ever retiring from CPCU!
President – Lindy Gibbons, CPCU, AIC, AINS, API Lindy Gibbons is an account executive with Travelers Management Liability. She obtained her CPCU in 2016. She has been in the insurance industry for approximately 12 years. She has been in positions of personal insurance, auto claims, middle market underwriting, and now management liability underwriting. This is her second year on the Oregon CPCU board and she is looking forward to the experience.
President Elect - Linda Rooke, CPCU Linda Rooke has been in the insurance industry since 1974. She was an underwriter with both the Aetna Casualty and AIG. She moved to the independent agency plant in 1985 and worked at larger insurance agencies until now with an emphasis on larger accounts. She received my CPCU designation in 1995 and was conferred in Hawaii along with about 2,000 others. She is a Past President of the Oregon Chapter, served as a Mentor for the CPCU Society, and was a member of the National Agent/Broker focus group. She taught CPCU classes for several years, primarily teaching Finance and General Liability classes.
Secretary – Ena Pullman, CPCU, ARM, APA, IR, AIC, AINS, API. Ena has worked in the insurance industry since 2007. She has experience as both a property claims adjuster and underwriter (COUNTRY Financial). Ena’s most recent experience includes workers’ compensation as a Compliance Specialist with Oregon’s Workers Compensation Division and as a premium auditor for SAIF. Ena obtained her CPCU in 2011 and joined the CPCU society in 2017. This is her first experience in a leadership role with the chapter. She looks forward to helping new and future members see the benefits of membership.
Treasurer – Amber Lohmeier, CPCU, ARM, AINS, AIS Amber is an Associate on the Aviation Team at EPIC Brokers. She obtained her CPCU in 2016 and has been on the board of the Oregon CPCU Chapter since the fall of that same year. Her leadership positions within the chapter have included Secretary, Vice President, and Treasurer. Amber has worked in the insurance industry since 2008 and has always been on the broker side of the business. She is continually trying to find ways to enhance her professional skills and broaden her insurance knowledge. 2022 is going to be an exciting year for Amber, both professionally and personally, and she is excited for what is to come.
Director of Membership – Pat Morrill, CPCU, AIC Pat's entire insurance experience has been in workers compensation. She has had the privilege of working for three different carriers and three separate carrier paths starting in claims at NW Farm Bureau (not Country Financial). She left supervision to be an account manager then branch manager for EBI and has worked for SAIF since 1998 in agency marketing and since 2009 as the agency and group program coordinator. Pat received her CPCU designation in 1989.
Director of Education – Vilay Siharath, CPCU, AU-M, AINS Vilay (vee-lie) is a ContracPac Underwriter at CBIC, an RLI company. A 2015 graduate of the University of Hawai’i of Manoa’s Shidler College of Business, she earned her CPCU in 2019, AU-M in 2018, and AINS in 2016. This is her second year in both the Oregon CPCU Chapter and serving on the Board. She is looking forward to working hard in upholding the chapter’s history of excellence and prestige, as well as help in creating opportunities for professional development, networking, and education.
